Our challenges provide participants with a structured plan so all you need to do is execute it to unleash the beast!

Challenges

2 x 4 week training blocks specifically programmed from information given on your consultation form.

Calorie and Macro targets given specific to what you want to achieve (fat loss, muscle gain, pre-comp).

Example meal plan

Fortnightly checkins to assess progress and build a plan for the following fortnight.

Access to client messaging App & Challenge Forum.
